Job Description

At AANNEX, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT New Business Development Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. This role is instrumental in driving the growth of our IT services portfolio by identifying and engaging with small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). You will be responsible for developing strategies, fostering client relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities. With flexible hours and a remote setup, this role offers the ideal balance for experienced professionals passionate about empowering SMEs with innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify SME prospects and assess their IT requirements.

  • Design and implement targeted strategies to position our IT services as bespoke solutions to client challenges.

  • Develop a robust pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and leveraging digital platforms.

  • Track and manage client interactions using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-ups.

  • Effectively communicate our IT offerings, highlighting their alignment with SME-specific pain points.

  • Build lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor for their IT needs.

  • Craft and present tailored proposals and facilitate seamless contract negotiations.

  • Collaborate internally to align solutions with client goals, achieving sales milestones.

  • Partner with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.

  • Provide management with regular insights via sales forecasts and KPI metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven success in IT sales, business development, or account management, especially with SMEs.

  • Expertise in IT services such as cloud solutions, managed services, and cybersecurity.

  • Analytical thinking with the ability to recommend customized IT solutions.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a record of exceeding targets.

  • Self-driven and organized, capable of managing priorities in a remote environment.

Location Remote, with occasional travel for client engagements.
Schedule Flexible; part-time (20–25 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week)
Compensation Competitive, including performance-based incentives.
